Kristine is a Practice Leader in LegalVisions Commercial Contracts team. She drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, manufacturing, and IT agreements (SaaS, reseller, and managed services). She also advises franchisor and franchisee clients on setting up and purchasing franchises.

About Kieran Ram
